Flooring Beams
Prestressed lintels is designed for high performance, intended to withstand stressful loads which other lintels cannot handle with a width of 150mm and height of 60mm weighing 21kg/m. Wire strands can be 5/7/8 or according to the length of the design.
The Block
The blocks are hollow concrete blocks produced using the best aggregates for optimum performance which are placed between Ribs (prestressed intels) and hook on the ribs completing the the permanent shutter.
Block sizes that we produce are 450mm x 200mm with a height of 120mm for a 180mm slab and 450mm x 200mm with a height of 200mm for a 255mm slab.
Reinforcement
REF. 100 MESH
Anti-crack weldmesh supplied as part of the package or as required by the client provides durability to the structure by minimising surface cracks when exposed to the elements.
Y10 OR Y12 REBAR
Stiffener steel supplied as part of our package or as required by client.
Rebar are placed above the shutter/timber bearer to form stiffener ribs enhancing stability on slab.
