• The system is ideal for residential and commercial buildings
• Rib & Block are quicker and less costly to build than traditional shuttered concrete

• Rib & Blocks are assembled by hand, no crane is required.

Installation Guide

• Place double damp course on loadbearing walls.
• Place soft board along the external loadbearing walls.
• Place lintels on load bearing walls according to the design drawings with block on each side next to the walls.
• Place shutter planks/timber bearers in position and prop every meter (Stiffener Ribs).
• Place all blocks in position, leave stiffener open and place rebar/steel (as per engineer drawing) of stiffener rib in position.
• Place electrical tubing and plumbing work and place mesh in position.
• Cast concrete and vibrate it, strip props after 14 - 21 days.
